Modern-day appliances at unbelievably low pricing!
they mess up send you out a bad refrigerator they can't be fixed they don't make it right I'm giving you another one no they want more money can't complain that they're losing money whatever happened to customer is always right I got treated as though it was all my fault
i bought a 3door refrigerator freezer and it was clean and works wonderful.
our granddaughter bought a washer and dryer from glens about 3 weeks ago maybe 1 month ago the dryer stopped so she called them and they told her they will not fix it and no warranty so I called pretending I was a new customer and some guy answers and he says they warranty thier stuff 90 days parts and labor so why wont they fix our granddaughters dryer this is our experience with glen's so it's your choice to go there are not just remember this message and read some of the other reviews also
I've been dealing with Glenn's for many years. I've bought a couple of washers, a dryer, a range and a refrigerator; I've always gotten good value out of them. One washer I bought failed within a day or two; they switched it out for a better one at the same price. It's usually cheaper to buy a used appliance than to have one repaired.
Great, inexpensive washer/dryer. Lasted a year so far.
Horrible customer service. my fridge was PLUM FULL OF ROACHES. you couldn't see them until you plugged it in. called many times only to be hung up on. i had to pay an exterminator for 3 months for a fridge i had plugged in for 15 min in my house. stay away!!!!!!!

🗣🗣 DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BECKY IS RUDE AND HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. AFTER BUYING A WASHER THAT OVERFLOWS AND BRINGING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION. THEY CLAIMED A REPAIR MAN WOULD COME YESTERDAY.. NO MAN CAME WHEN ASKED TODAY.. BECKY INFORMED TO CALL OVER THE PHONE CUZ IT WASN'T WORTH A REPAIR MANS TIME TO COME FIX THE PROBLEM. 🤔🤔 THEN BECKY DELETED THE REVIEW AND NOW REFUSES TO RESPOND.. WHILE THERE IS STILL A BROKEN WASHER THAT WAS PAID FOR LESS THAN 72 HOURS AGO... DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!
