just called to ask a couple of questions, sales guy was rude trying to rush me in saying we got you, stated he had customers inside of the store and could answer any questions i had. NO I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM. BAD SERVICE AT THE GATE.NOT INTERESTER AND THEY PROBLEY HAVE WHAT I NEED.

my mom buys all her household items. only had to get the dryer worked on a couple of times but the washer and stove are wonderful
Dont waste your money on this place .......I bought a window air conditioner a few weeks ago and its freezes every time I use it on any setting or temperature I called too use the "90 day warranty" to get a replacement all they did was make excuses cuss at me call me names and refused too fix it or replace it worst business I ever dealt with will never buy here again and I suggest you dont either go somewhere else if you wanted too be treated like a customer

Talked to someone at this place before closing on Saturday 12/28 and they said they would be here at 9am on Monday. I'm here and we've been waiting since 9am, it's now 9:40 and the open lights are on but the doors are locked and nobody is answering the door or the phone number to the store that I keep calling. I've paid a delivery driver with a truck already and we now have to leave so I'm down $50 for nothing and will probably be late for work. I'm going to contact the store later for reconciliation and I'm hoping this post... read more
They are honest, and friendly. The guy had more expensive Samsung, and LG washing machines, but recommended the lesser expensive, a more reliable whirlpool. We bought one 6 months ago. Today we’re going to get a refrigerator.
Had the best experience here. They are some cool people. never thought I would find my dream fridge here though. I walked in and there it was a Samsung family Hub!!!!! Got my dream fridge for a 1/3 of the price I would had spent at Best Buy. Service was excellent, friendly and down to earth. I would most definitely buy from them again if I had to. My dream fridge is beautiful and was delivered the next day. Thanks guys and Becky!!!!
