I called on Sept. 8, needing flowers sent to my wife's job for our wedding anniversary and Glenn's was the only shop in town that could deliver after 2pm, for same day delivery. I highly recommend them and will be getting my flowers from them going forward.
Called to order Mother's Day flowers and was told that they were too swamped and the delivery address was too far away. My mother's house is 1.9 miles from their store. She is a 78 year old woman who has walked from her house past their store. While trying to inquire about how a 1.9 mile delivery is too far, I was hung up on. I called to get a wrist corsage for my son’s prom and the lady was very uppity with me over the phone. I felt like she was annoyed with me. She kept pushing the “nose gays” saying that’s what all the girls are doing now. Well, that’s silly and I didn’t want that. Then she just said I would have to take what is left and couldn’t guarantee a color for the wrist corsage. I finally just told her nevermind and called my normal florist in Madison and they hooked me up no problem.
