They were very helpful and gave us a fair deal on our gold sale. They are very knowledgeable about gold and diamonds. With our gold sale and the discount they gave us in a pre-owned ring, we walked out of there paying 49 dollars for a 1/2 carat diamond ring with extended warranty.
Excellent Customer Service!! I went to "Glenn's" today because I was looking a certain gold chain for my pendent. Everyone was very nice and the manager and staff went "above & beyond" to accommodate me. Very happy and well satisfied with the whole experience! Great Prices and Selection!!
Either dishonest or incompetent, take your pick – I went in to sell an 18k gold ring. They tested the gold and told me it was only 14k. This was a ring by a well known jewelry designer and purchased at a retailer that stands behind the products they sell. So I went right home and contacted the store where I bought the ring and explained that it supposedly tested to be 14k when it was marked 18k. They guaranteed it to be 18k, suggested that I bring it to get tested at another jewelers and if the second test also said it was 1... read more
