Thank you to Tyler from Glenn's Fireplace, Spa and Billiards. who was out today to repair our refurbished Masterspa hot tub (bought from Glenn's in 2019) and he was great! Honest, professional and speedy. We can't wait to use it later! :)
I have used Glenn’s for service on my hot tub for many years. Their service techs have always been great. Tyler, however, was the best so far. Friendly, competent and thorough. He figured out what the problem was and had our old hot tub up and running in about an hour. Figured out where another leak was and fixed that the next day. Replaced the old gaskets and now it’s running like new. Thanks Tyler and Glenn’s!
