I would never use Karie Wentz from Wentz Appraisals again. Her uncharacteristically low appraisals were damaging, and her comparisons were extremely misleading and skewed. I received second opinions, from two different appraisers, on two homes in Roseburg that she had appraised; AND both appraisers reported higher value than she did. All within 90 days! I was extremely disappointment in her work and I'm very thankful I was able to forgo her appraisals and use the work from another appraisal source.
