If you value your sleep and mental sanity, avoid staying with this apartment. I have been here for only a week and already deeply regret my decision. The soundproofing in this building is practically non-existent. Every morning at around 5:45 AM sharp, yes I can clearly remember the timing, I am blasted out of sleep by deafening thumping noises and heavy footsteps from upstairs. Good and easy process siri was a great help no problem better than my previous Apt were the last manager was no help and not truthful .
I lived here for 3 years from 2023-2026 and had a positive experience. The units are on the older side, the kitchen in my unit was little out of date, the cabinetry was dated and the dishwasher in my unit was definitely more than 5 years old. My unit had a new fridge and washer/dryer when I moved in. Maintenance responded in a reasonable amount of time for repairs, but I did have an abnormal amount of leaks in my unit over my time living there that required the ceiling to be opened up and drywall to be replaced.
