Rick did an excellent job on installing the new kitchen faucet. Next time check with tenant before the office calls the order complete and there wouldn't have been the 3 month wait on having the repair done.
I moved in a little over a year ago I had to have a few maintenance issues taken care of , I am please with the response time as being where on the priority list, the growns are well kept and up to date the service is on top of it, A+ for maintenance.
The maintenance team at Glenn Valley is always on point. I want to give a huge shout out to my boy Rick. That dude can fix just about anything and he’s a cool dude. I know that every time I put in a request it’s going to get done in a timely matter and done correctly.
Move in went smooth.
Avoid moving here at all costs. I lived at Glenn Valley for two years and had an all around horrible experience. The numerous reviews saying that the soundproofing in this building is horrible are 100% correct. I could hear my above neighbors alarm go off every morning and the manager who lived below me had the audacity to ask ME to be quieter in the mornings while I got ready for work.. all I ever did was walk to my bathroom, shower, pack my lunch and leave.
