From the time you walk in it is a great experience. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. Michelle is great and listens to you. She helps create a health plan that is affordable and helps with whatever issues are going on. She truly cares and makes you feel comfortable. My daughter who is autistic loves her and she has never found a doctor she likes.
Dr. Cooley is a kind person with enough professionalism with her patients.

I had an appointment And when I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. I have been seeing Dr. Cooley for about 10 years And she is the best there is and very patient, very respectful of patients, extremely knowledgeable, always upbeat, and makes you feel like family. If dr. Cooley ever retire I wouldn’t know what to do because she is the doctor that I would see forever!
