First, I was denied access to my advocate during my disability meeting with him. Second, he was incredibly rude to my advocate as she waited for me to arrive. Third, he treated me as if I were not intelligent because of my mental disabilities. He is rude and I don't know who have him his PhD, but you do not treat people the way he treated me
