Glenn is a genius. If you are willing to put in the work, he can help you make SO much progress towards becoming the mentally healthy and happy person you want to be. I put his teachings into practice every single day and I am a better person for it. I cannot recommend Glenn enough. The world would be a much better place if everyone spent some time with Glenn.
