My mom passed in 2013. Her storage unit was in Alabama and I live in Illinois. Mr. Glenn knew I was disabled and wasn't able to come down by myself and empty the storage shed. My family moved out from the shed last weekend. Would you like to know how he appreciates my on time monthly payments? I was a few days after the first and I asked could he prorate it since I am on disability..his answer was no.... He is very greedy. Plus someone went through my moms storage.10 years worth of loyalty was never appreciated.
