I have never had a better experience at the dentist! I have off the charts anxiety about shots and this Doctor and his staff were the absolute best! The temporary bridge they put on BLOWS away the permanent one I have had for years. If you have anxiety about the dentist THIS IS YOUR MAN!
As a Former Dental Assistant for 9 years, I know how it is for Patient to feel relax and confident when going to see a Dentist, this office is one that makes you feel Welcome & all that, as well as being very Professionally. Love Them!
Dentist does not care about the customer or your business! I had a terrible experience with this dentist! As said by several other people in the previous reviews, this dentist office does NOT care at all for the customer, and they do NOT want your business.
Excellent Dentist Who Cares I have been going to Dr Payne for over 10 years. He is a very gentle dentist with great communication skills. His staff is very professional and knowledgeable. And He does cater to cowards, like me I am a giant wuss when it comes to Dental work. I would not trust anyone else with my teeth!
THESE PEOPLE DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS!! This dentist office is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will nickle and dime you with cost of treatment and they are very snobby. They act like they DO NOT need your business. I am sad I wasted my time with them. I found a better dentist in Southlake.
Mrs. Both my husband and I have had bad experiences with the STAFF at this office. I agree with the other lady- we both were treated rudely by their office staff. Dr. Boatner himself is a great dentist and I wish they had a better staff but it is not worth it to go to them and deal with their staff.
POOR SERVICE DO NOT USE. I have never had such a horrible experience, the denstist are very good, but the treatment I had from the office staff is the worst. I have been waiting for a treatment plan for two weeks, I even had my husband go in and ask for it and he was told it would be ready at a spefic time, we were there at time that was given to us, only to find the doors lock and office closed. Best Experience with a Crown - EVER!!! It finally happened, I had to have a tooth crowned after it crumbled due to an old amalgam filling. From everything I heard, this would require several trips to the dentist - grinding, temp crown, fitting the permanent crown, and possibly not fitting requiring another trip for a new fitting. I had a dental emergency and showed up without an appointment and his office saw me immediately . Dr Payne and his staff worked me in the same day despite an already full calender of patients . They really care about their patients . Thanks Dr Payne and Staff !!
