Called to clarify receipt of referral and receptionist Candice spoke sarcastically over me, advised no information was received and that there was nothing she could do. When informed referral was made over 2 weeks ago from emergency dept and was in need of review for oral fracture. She advised dr was on holidays and eventually offered an appt. Had a tooth extracted last week and was a bit nervous. Dr. Morawetz put me at ease. He explained step by step the procedure and along with his team Diane and Cassie were exceptional.
Awesome office practice. They book 4 patients in an hour and only see 2. Even take patients out of turn. Then leave senior with dementia waiting for more than hour. Senior left without being seen.
I have been suffering with dental-caused pain for a long time now, and am so happy to have been finally referred to Dr. Morawetz after seeing a string of dentists who were addressing my symptoms instead of trying to find the root causes of my issues. Dr. Morawetz was able to find the cause of my pain, and provide a real solution that is actually long lasting. Dr Glen Morawetz is AMAZING. He is professional, calm and very impressive. He has a caring way about him that puts you at ease. He takes time to explain what he will be doing and what you can expect. The freezing and extraction of my wisdom tooth was painless, in fact I didn’t even realize the tooth was out. The initial consultation was very beneficial in that being 78 there were medical issues that he needed to be aware of. I cannot say enough good things about him and his wonderful friendly staff.
