Glenn has showed extreme unprofessionalism over an issue I had at an office I rented for almost 3 years. He is now completely unresponsive and past the time frame for returning my security deposit back. I would expect a leasing agent to show professionalism and not ignore tenants when an issue arises. He is also illegally withholding my security deposit and will not respond to me in my several texts and phone calls to him. Would not recommend at all!
Always a fast response and quick to address issues. Have always been very flexible with our service center.
