This doctor is extraordinary in his demeanor, treatment, care, and intuitive and scientific approach combined. He is patient, thorough and obviously very experienced. I have only positive experiences with his work.
Over the past 16 years I've had a lot of doctors, most I don't remember, or wish I didn't remember. Dr. Heyman will always have a special place in my heart. From day 1 he took the time to explain why my muscles were acting the way they were and how to fix it. He was there to share my highs and lows and ensured me that my feelings were valid. Dr. Heyman is wonderful!
Dr .Heyman is one of my 3 specialists I see at SPH. Have arthritis in my body but my most pain is in my back. So I see him every 3 months to get back injections to help with pain and I am able to keep walking, I do use a cane to get around otherwise I fall a lot. When I spoke with Dr.Heyman during the procedure, he let me know he will be retiring at the end of the year. Told him I'm very happy for him, but also sad only because he is one of the nicest doctors I see. So hopefully in January the new provider will be as helpful... read more
