Exelent experience Dr Eisen do my colonoscopy today, he’s a very nice Dr.
Everyone was so friendly and efficient from start to finish. For a procedure that most people dread, they make you feel relaxed and at ease. They know what they are dong and everything moves along well. Dr. Eisen is friendly and experienced, making colonoscopies as pleasant as possible.
Very efficient operation, from intake at the front desk to prep, to recovery.
In for another colonoscopy. Dr Eisen is very skilled, experienced, efficient and great to work with. He communicates well and is fun to work with. Yes, even for a colonoscopy.
I received the written directions well in advance of my colonoscopy appointment and they were very thorough. Once I got to the clinic, the lobby was filling up fast but the receptionist handled everyone courteously and efficiently. It would have been nice if there was a second receptionist, however. Dr Eisner tells you what you need to know. He is seasoned professional and I trust him completely . Procedure went smoothly and his staff was in great concert with me as a patient, each other and him.
Everything was smooth, from the pre colonoscopy prep, the checkin, the procedure, and the checkout. Dr. Eisen was great!
Other than a bit of a longer wait in the prep area the entire procedure went very well. The doctor, anesthesiologist, and nursing team work well together, asked all the appropriate questions, and took care of my concerns on being sensitive to anesthetics. Everything went well. The report was available a few hours after the procedure was done.
My experience went as well as I could have expected. The doctor and the staff were all very professional and kind, communicated very clearly what was happening, etc. For me the anticipation of the procedure ended up being the most unpleasant part
