The wait is horrible! The appointment was at 3 we left at 630 pm. The staff and employees know how horrible it is no one has an explanation of why. They looked at me crazy when i complained about the long wait telling me that "It was normal" The waiting area is small and hot.People coughing and germs everywhere there is no sanitizer or anything. These copy and paste replies about hee taking his time the wait was prior to him coming in the room (3hours) NEVER AGAIN
Horrible, Horrible man. Uncaring himself and staff. My aged mother kept a urinary tract infection for over ten days because he would not return calls to us or to the home health nurses at Care South. Finally took her to ER where she was diagnosed with compression fracture from fall due to UTI. He leaves patients in the waiting room for HOURS while their sons/daughters have taken off from work to bring them in. He once let my mother go for two weeks with an impaction before she got any relief

I am familiar with this complaint. I had researched it and found the allegations to be untrue. All of the calls were returned to Home Health within 3 hours. It was a home health nurse that fabricated this story. I had also discussed this with the patients two daughters and apologized. I feel that resolved the issue.
Three hours is a common wait, when you are on time for your appointment, many in waiting room agree. He does nothing for your health but make it worse. See an Holistic MD. you would be much better sooner.
The front office receptionist that answers the phone and makes appointments is VERY rude and is too busy trying to interrupt you and get you off the phone, to actually listen to what you have to say. Every time I have been here my wait time has been 2 hours and up. Also, I scheduled an appointment once and called back the very next day to cancel because I would not have a babysitter and they were wanting to charge me a cancellation fee. They said you had to cancel within 24 hours, which I did
