Never received any service and took my money. Extremely rude receptionist, unprofessional practice. I can go on and on about what a horrible place this is. Update: The fact that you, a “professional” doctors office is arguing with me on this review and quite literally lying as well is humorous. Even if you didn’t want to reschedule me your front desk lady didn’t have to start yelling at me, cut me off while I was talking, and then hang up on my face all while I was talking in a very calm demeanour. Made a appointment and got me in right away. Very knowledgeable and pretty much figured out my problem in a very short time. Suffered from lower back pain after first visit I feel about 110% better. Office was very nice and he was very easy to chat with. Thankyou
I recently purchased a coupon from Groupon for a Swedish massage at Berger chiropractic and wellness. When I called to book an appointment, the staff initially asked for my Groupon redemption code without knowing I had a coupon. However, after providing the code, they claimed it didn’t work and refused to schedule an appointment. It seemed like they were overwhelmed and unwilling to honor the promotion, using the code issue as an excuse. Great first experience. Today, I received a 60-minute sports massage, combining Swedish and Deep-Tissue. It included some stretching, trigger point therapy, passive release of motion, and myofascial release. Danial, the massage therapist, did an excellent job and created a friendly environment. It was an interesting coincidence that he is close with an old teacher of mine from last year.
