Office review not just for Dr. Gross. Appointments, waiting time, very poor. Appointments take a while to schedule, not really a problem, but based on my last three visits, i waited, over 20 minutes, over 45 minutes, and on third, although early(no wait) was told they couldn't see me because had to be seen by Gross before could have refraction test. so i missed half a day of work because they scheduled me for a refraction test when they shouldn't have. I took my Uncle in for a check up. The staff there were very nice, the usual medical type of staff. The doctor was another story, he just kept pushing my Uncle to schedule a surgery even though his numbers did not support that he needed it. When my uncle did not schedule he had a fit and went OFF on one of his staff members in front of me telling her that she was not doing her job and that she could be replaced.
