Our AC went out Saturday evening. Glenn Aire was out Sunday morning and got us up and running. I can't say enough good things about Russ, our technician. He rapidly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to get the repairs done in no time at all. He even did some non-related testing while he waited to make sure the issue was completely resolved. Russ is caring, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Glenn Aire.
