If you have a dental plan because careful. They will charge you and when you find out you have overpaid you will have to fight to get reimbursed. I had to make sure they knew I was getting g the news media involved if I didn't get what was owed to me..That is not how you do business with your customers. Dr. Middleton and his staff are wonderful. I have anxiety and I am scared of the dentist. But Dr. Middleton and his staff made me feel comfortable and now my fear of the dentist is over. I gave them all fives because they are worth more than five stars in my book. Thank you Dr. Middleton and Thank you to your staff.
I have been making contact with this office and the only way you can contact them is through answering machine only which is very hard. It is been a fight to get my information to my dental carrier and they have not given all of the information to my dental carrier that means I'm missing a date of when I was in there I'm missing the payments that they show as well as the wrong tooth that they have worked on and I have a refund and I'm still waiting so no I will never come to this office again and again I've left a phone numb... read more

Dr Middleton and his staff are awesome! I’ve been a patient over 15 years! I’ve relocated to another state and I had a filling that cracked while visiting. Dr Middleton and staff were very accommodating! I was able to get an appointment, cleaning and he replaced my filling! Pain Free! Keep up the great work Dr Middleton🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
