Hi I live in 101 35 glengrove close SW . I don't know they did not doing properly mataniance work and send link or email completed work in your apartment but they did not do that . I am very frastered AVENUE living services.i am not remonded this place. Mantaince department and property Mantaince they are not properly professional.
I visited this apartment last week and was assisted by a staff member named Jennifer. The next day, I sent her an email asking for a detailed breakdown of the fees, but I never received a reply. A full week passed, and I followed up with a text message this morning—still no response. I then called the company's customer service line and requested to be assigned to a different staff member. Everything is good but it needs to upgrade floorings to vinyl instead of carpets. And I was requesting to change the yellow bulbs to white bulbs but until now, its been 2 weeks since I moved, there was noone to assist my request. Also, need to upgrade/change the keys to fob keys.
I do not recommend living in this apartment, I have had multiple issues and the property manager/landlord do not care to contact you regarding your issues/concerns. Here are some problems I have had listed below: - They gave everyone a landlord entry notice with no valid reasoning of entry. The reason of entry stated “other” and I called support and asked them if they could have someone contact me to let me why they would be entering.
