Hate this place. Dirty dirty dirty all around. Tons of residents smoke in the apartments and the halls constantly reek. Finding out from other neighbours that they are aware of the smokers and some have lived her for years. Apartment smelled like dog pee when I moved in, no effort to make it right. Carpets were literally wet when we moved in and that dog pee smell took over the apartment for the next 8 months. Units have mice. Tons of them. Don't come here unless you want to be in a miserable, unclean, non "smoke-free" building. The more you complain the more they start to turn on you and label you as an annoying tenant. Neighbours to the right of us will leave their apartment to argue loudly in the hall. They will yell at each other, cuss at each other, slam their doors, and be a huge nuisance but hey, we're supposed to live with it right?
