Disgusting, bed bugs in room 320. Pillows were stained yellow, about 7 air fresheners covering up the smell of mold in the hallways. The trolley to carry luggage is loose, breakfast is very cheap. The entire hotel is carpeted and dirty, the sheets had hairs on them before we even got to the room too. Unbelievable how this place is still operating. Would give it a 0 star rating. Also the jetted tub did not work properly in the suite.
1 star because I can't give zero. First, we found a roach in the drawer of our first room. I went straight to the front desk and they moved our room. As soon as we got into the new room, the mirror fell off the wall. The next morning, we went to turn the shower on and the handle came right off and the water wouldn't even turn on. The "hot" breakfast is a continental breakfast plus a waffle maker. We chose not to stay a 2nd day. When asked to speak to a manager, that request was denied.
