I have come very disappointed in this place. I'm always one to stick up for it and tell prospective tenants, that question how it is. But, after recent events, I have to say, run while you can. My neighbor had black mold and they wouldn't do anything for six months. Until, she threatened to sue, they finally moved her and she has two kids. Yeah right, Laura Gillispie general manager at Glengarry park apts in Waterford, Michigan called me from her cell phone and threatened me February 24th! Harrassment, retaliatory eviction/possession, discrimination against my disabilities have no amenities that were included in my rent making my life harder. RecommendedGlengarry Park Apartments is an awesome value apartment community located in Waterford, MI. Rent is reasonable given its location in Oakland County, MI; maintenance requests are quickly resolved; and neighbors are generally really friendly. Moreover, the place feels happy and looks nice - especially in summertime.

I’ve lived here for almost four years. The leasing agents are always helpful and will listen if there is ever an issue. Maintenance turn around time to fix something is incredibly fast. The apartments are a decent size and it has been a great place to live for the past few years!
