The east course is the most challenging with plenty of hills and bunkers to keep you on your toes. Beginners may want to try the relatively flat west course. Reservations are suggested, but not required. The covered driving range is also heated, offering comfort on those chilly winter days.

I've volunteered several years at a table for work on Halloween. This is a great free, dry & safe event for kids! Glendoveer decorates the area & tables. It's pretty well organized with areas for photos. I also have walked the track that's well maintained.
Course is great compared to ten years ago. its run by contractors who run courses all over the country. Metro had almost ruined it
Played the west side today...good shape..lots of tree debris on greens however
It is good public golf course in the heart of the city. The course was dry and not kept to well, but overall it is good and afoardable
I want to send a big thank you to the folks at Glendovere for offering their space to my organization, Morpheus Youth Project. We held the Supportland BBQ Jam there yesterday to celebrate the Portland breaking community. We held a free breakdance workshop and BBQ with DJ Magic Sean spinning vinyl throughout the event. We love Big Screen on the Green! Please keep doing it every Summer. And we're sorry to see Ringside leave Glendoveer. It was nice smelling the onion rings as we walked by!
Course is in crappy shape, bunkers are terrible, greens are soft and bumpy, pace of play was real slow for being in the middle of the week.
