I loved living here, for my first apartment it felt like home. Amy is probably gonna be one of the best property managers you could ever ask for. The maintenance is always well kept here and the service request are always done in a reasonable timely manner. I love this place!
I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY OF MEETING AMY FOR THE FIRST TIME A WEEK AGO. SHE DEFINES THE TRUE MEANING OF A MANAGER AND A REMARKABLE HUMAN BEING. IF THIS COMPLEX HAD WHAT I WANTED, I WOULD LOOK NO FURTHER. It's a small quite beautiful building of 50 units/3 floors. All units come with all 4 kitchen appliances, including a stackable washer and dryer! Walk-ins are welcome!
Me and my partner lived here for 2 years and without a doubt, this place is a really great place to live in. We stayed here for close to 2 years, one year in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, the following year in a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Not every place will be perfect, but the hospitality and response time with Amy and Luis definitely made our stay here quite memorable.
