I needed a new dentist in the area because my previous one relocated. Happy to say that search is over. Upon greeting, Dr Chen took great care and listened to my concerns. He recommended treatments based on my needs and preferences. Cleaning went very smoothly and he even warned me before going over a couple of sensitive spots that was highly appreciated.
I went to Glendora Dental Group for a cleaning and had a really good experience. The office was clean and everything felt organized. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything so you know exactly what’s going on, which made me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Chen is very professional and skilled. He is also patient and easy to talk to. He really listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain things clearly. I also appreciate that the office is transparent about pricing, and the appointment scheduling and reminders are always clear and well organized. Overall, it has been a very comfortable and smooth experience.
