I just purchased a vehicle from Adrian at this dealership. He was extremely helpful, insightful and communicative. He was always prompt to respond to my questions or concerns and treated me with utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend him as a salesman!
Bad experience. It took two visits, three weeks and $1500 to find a broken wire. Service manager Ryan was arrogant, condescending and completely without any customer service skills. Somehow, I was liable for the $1000 computer replacement, which didn’t fix the problem, because “Chrysler dictated the fix”, and I was told it was my responsibility to keep my truck in running order. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department at Glendora Jeep is a complete disaster. The Service Manager Ryan, is dismissive, unprofessional, and seems more interested in making excuses than actually fixing problems. Communication is nonexistent you’ll have to call daily, and when you finally get an update, it’s vague at best and downright misleading. The General Manager Lani, is no better. Horrible worst phone service..called for information about my lease at 1:51 today called 3 times and the woman hung up on me each time. Do not buy your car here, please go somewhere else.
