If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m a GM Service Advisor, a seasoned one at that, and what I experienced at Glendora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a major red flag. Multiple times, repair orders included concerns we never reported, written as “Customer States” instead of being properly documented as technician findings. We stayed quiet. I really wish Google allowed for a 0-star rating. My experience at this dealership was disappointing. We came in hoping to find a good deal, but after several rounds of negotiation with the salesperson, we couldn’t agree on the price. The staff is great. The service is fantastic.
I placed an order with their parts department. I was told it would arrive the next day. When I followed up the next day I was told it didnt arrive. When I asked for an updated eta I was told he couldnt give me one. He then proceeded to cancel my order. I told him I still needed the part. He dismissed my request and told me to get it elsewhere. Awful customer service.
