Worst repair experience I have ever had. I was initially told my repairs would take 1 week. They never bothered to call or message me with any updates. I had to call myself for any updates. It ended up taking an entire month. Then, when i brought my Jeep home, the initial problem was actually worse (oil leak) than when I first brought it in. I brought it back in a second time. Thank you everybody for writing all the reviews ! The comments made me determine to take my business elsewhere. I’m glad I didn’t make the mistake of doing business with that dealer then leaving Irate and dissatisfied with their services.
Do not bring your car here for service. Do not purchase a car from them either. Their customer service is horrific and completely rude. The service manager and Forman are incompetent. Service advisors just pass the blame and nothing gets done. They have refused to fix a problem on our 2022 TRX. This issue has a known service bulletin and was replicated by a technician but that was not good enough. Documentation from them states the VIN doesn't qualify for a TSB. We believe it does but when asked to have them show me that the... read more
