If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department at Glendora Jeep is a complete disaster. The Service Manager Ryan, is dismissive, unprofessional, and seems more interested in making excuses than actually fixing problems. Communication is nonexistent you’ll have to call daily, and when you finally get an update, it’s vague at best and downright misleading. The General Manager Lani, is no better. Horrible worst phone service..called for information about my lease at 1:51 today called 3 times and the woman hung up on me each time. Do not buy your car here, please go somewhere else.
Frank and Debbie knocked it out of the park. They are total straight shooters and they are extremely pleasant. I am glad I do not have to buy another vehicle right now but I would see them in a heart beat if I did. Heck, I will go see them just for fun now. If you are looking to buy, don't waste your time at another dealer like I originally did. Go straight there and let these folks show you how it's done.
