I had such a great experience with Elias! His communication and customer service are truly exceptional — he’s kind, attentive, and makes you feel completely taken care of. I was looking for a loft apartment, and although this community doesn’t have garages, I told him I’d move anywhere he manages that has a loft with a garage underneath — in a heartbeat! He’s that good. Super nice person, great energy, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Fantastic job, Elias! 👏
Been living here for about 2 years. Maintenance is always on it as long as you put your work order in thru the app. I appreciate the coffee shop, gas station, and groceries walking distance from here. Rent is very reasonable and even on renewal they were very generous. I like my apartment.
Two days and the A/C unit still isnt fixed. It's July in Arizona and it's not a priority for them. Maintenance is horrendous. 93 degrees in the apartment. Go across the street, looks lovely.
I just renewed my lease...we were actually looking at houses with our VA loan. The place was really cool the past 2 yrs...then they let Kerri go and all you know what hit the fan. Unsupervised kids throwing rocks, looking thru windows, trash piled up, Fights, stolen packages. Then one day I came home from work and the place was spotless! No rocks all over the parking lot lit, no trash, it was quiet like when we first moved here...a neighbor said KERRI is back! Best thing that could have happened. Definitely not great and not the same as the pictures. Group of unsupervised kids arguing and running around damaging cars in the apartments. Arguing with adults and standing near the streets late at night. Gates DO NOT WORK! Not safe, criminal activity has happened here along with a death of some dude about 4-5 years back on the property. Maintenance is not a thing here. They will usually never respond or say there's nothing they can do. People are really nosey for no reason as well and steal packages.
