Been living here for about 2 years. Maintenance is always on it as long as you put your work order in thru the app. I appreciate the coffee shop, gas station, and groceries walking distance from here. Rent is very reasonable and even on renewal they were very generous. I like my apartment.
If ur thinking of moving here DONT! I recently moved bc these apartments carry termites n roaches all thru out the buildings n yet the maintenance does nothing about it, these apartments need treatment n inspection ASAP
Elias is amazing and we love working with him! He is always on top of work orders and making sure they get complete.
Two days and the A/C unit still isnt fixed. It's July in Arizona and it's not a priority for them. Maintenance is horrendous. 93 degrees in the apartment. Go across the street, looks lovely.
