My kids jessica and mikie was there for yearly vaccine today. It was was the first time at that clinic. They cut my boy's nail all the way upto the vein. please before you go and if you love ur pets please do not take ur pets at this location. Obviously my husband yelled and shouted at them but they owner dr hess threat my husband, call the cops and told me to get out. My husband and me we love our kids till death. We were not expecting this from people who has great reviews. All people working there will threat you if they ... read more
It took over a decade for my family and I to find a veterinary clinic that genuinely loves and cares for your pets as if they were their own. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone and have referred so many pet owners to come here. No one is ever disappointed. It's amazing that they remember every animal that walks through their doors and treats them like family. After so many horrible experiences with vets, I'm grateful that Glendale has these wonderful doctors/staff to care for our fury children. Thank you!
In 2 days it will be 1 year since I had to put my Zena girl to rest and less than a month after that my Dutchess girl to rest also. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do and everyone there was so nice and understanding while I sat there bawling my eyes out.. They were so loving and gentle with my girls - Dr Donovan cried with me. I got a new addition to my family, my Zeus boy and I wouldn't take him anywhere else! No complaints got one of our 2 dogs from this clinic. Everything was done with care and in the best interest of the animal. Follow up calls, texts, emails, and questions are answered whenever there is an issue. This staff cares a lot! Would highly recommend this staff and clinic to anyone in or not in the area.
All of the staff at Glendale treat me and my kitty, Mish, like family. They are always super welcoming and loving to Mish and make him feel very comfortable, which is saying a lot for vet visits! Both Dr. Hess & Dr. Donovan are highly knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't take my Mish anywhere else for his kitty care needs.

Almost 2 years ago my beloved Pebbles passed away. I don't know what I would have done had it not been for Dr. Hess and the loving staff that helped me cope with her illness. They gave me the support I needed and Tammy dog sat for Pebbles when I needed to be away from her and took great care of her! I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. They truly are angels
