The staff was more than helpful and more than kind. If it wasn't for good people with big hearts full of compassion, my dog wouldn't be around much longer but the staff here understood my situation and eased my wife's and I anxiety of losing our fur baby. They kept her alive. #bigheartschangetheworld

Dear Monica, I am sorry for what you are going through. I tried to call you but the voicemail was full. First of all you have never seen me ,you have only seen dr Donovan for that. Second, since we didn't see your pet for a while, we wanted to examine her first. If the examination would have resulted in euthanasia, then the exam fee would have been waived and you would have paid for the euthanasia only, which is $135 and not $400. The crematory has a separate charge, which they charge directly and we have no control over. I ... read more
I am very happy that Dr. Hess is my dog's new vet! I recently moved to Ridgewood and was recommended to her! I have a small Pom and was concerned about the bordetella vaccine . Dr. Hess addressed my concerns and Gia Marie is up to date and ready for doggie day care! Gia had no side effects and was her feisty self !
