My experience with Dr. Heard and her practice have been nothing but amazing. The staff is amazing and very communicative. Dr. Heard was unable to make it to appointment due to her having to be at the hospital, the staff was very accommodating and I was able to see the NP. I always feel welcomed, and comfortable. Thank you Glendale OBGYN for all your hard work.

At first, this office was great. This was about 2 years ago. Now, you can’t get a hold of the medical assistants at all. First, I’ve been trying to get a lab order sent to me for a month now because there was a “lab error” with my labs. I moved to another city, far from Glendale, so I can’t go back to their office to get blood drawn, because of my work schedule and the distance. I was originally scheduled for an appointment on Monday the 22nd. The office called and informed me that Dr. Heard would no longer be in office that day and asked if I could reschedule for the 24th. I agreed. I come in today, Wednesday the 24th, for my appointment at 10:50am. I waited for about 30 min before being seen just for them to let me know that Dr. Heard was leaving for a delivery. I was really disappointed how quickly my positive experience went down hill. When I went to Dr Heard I was looking for answers after being misdiagnosed with PCOS. After the first visit, she got me on the right track and made me feel comfortable. However, moving forward the communication went down hill. You could never get a hold of someone and if you could they didn’t know the answer or sent you to another voicemail box for the med assistants. I no recommend this office at all, the have very bad service the don't answer calls. either if you left a voicemail the never turned specially one of the medical assistant, her name (Marga) she is very bad attitude never respect patients also she make me, alot troubles with my job since im was in leaveabsent i kept told her send. a medical record for them but she ignored me alot times, I did complain in her for dr.heard but, did not change anything also with description one time they told me going to send a prescription to t... read more
