Takes them a long time to fix anything or don't fix it at all. We have lived there for a year and we are moving. Air doesn't work half the time. Allow special people to do what they want and we try it and we get a notice on it.
On 4/5/17, the owners of this complex wrote their own 4 star review for this place. Human rights are violated when you don't fix the A/C for over a month in the middle of a Phoenix summer. Stop getting your maintenance people to try to fix an A/C unit. Hire a professional.
It sucks here , very violent neighborhood . Always cops and criminals here everything is always broken

When I walked into the "model" I couldn't believe how many roaches we're all over the place!!! Hell NO....
To be completely honest Glendale mannor deserves NO stars. Constantly being bought by different owners...would have been first clue..if I had known... No since of urgency, organization, or prioritizing. We haven't even received our mail box key and we are going on 3 months. Their excuse "so many work orders."No shelves in freezer, squilling/ leaking facets- which is starting to leak through the wall, and the ancient air conditioning units don't cool anything off. They rented me a apt. They knew had a bed bug infestation. They masked it with heavy paint and caulking. With in 4 weeks of living here management changed and would not honor the lease but demanded rent. The mold made me so sick. I have rashes and lesions on my face and arms. Right now we are in court for all of this. Do not rent here it should be condemned.
