Love it!!!.....my friend Shelly invited me to go with her the 1st of May and I signed up that day❤️. ( I went home and told my husband to cancel my gym membership) After one month I can already see results! The instructors are awesome in leading you through the moves and explaining what muscles we are working. They have such a variety of times that you will be able to find a class to go to❣ Want More?
