Very friendly and got right to the point.
The staff are friendly, the care is thorough, and they are good about explaining financial obligations before any treatment is agreed to. However, I have had multiple issues actually contacting someone in the office. The phone number on the mailer was different than on my insurance website, the line isn't always answered (or even supported by an answering machine), and recently I've received error messages from Verizon that the call could not go through at all. HI Allison, I am sorry you are having a hard time contacting us. Our main phone number is 630-866-6000. Not only can you call but you can also text us at this number. There was a period of couple days where our phones were down due to phone company having technical issues on their end and we sent out an text and an email to everyone to notify. Their staff is very caring and sensitive. They explained the process with detail and gave me reassurance.
Dr. Patel and her staff are very friendly. Thank you to the dental hygienist for explaining each procedure to me. The office has Saturday appointments which makes it very convenient for me due to my work hours during the week. I would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and pleasant office staff. My daughter was very comfortable. Like the dentist. Would recommend this dentist. Everyone was very organized in doing their part when doing her X-ray, cleaning her teeth and up to the dentist when she saw her. Very pleased!
