Amazing patient advocacy by Dr. Lee and her staff. My doctor retired and I was not sure id ever find another one so personable. But I did and now my daughter goes to her as well.
Didn’t even have a chance to see this DR because they decided to tell me information the DAY OF my appointment that I wouldn’t be able to have what I needed done. The excuse was because the “right” receptionist wasn’t in the office and scheduled me incorrectly. That is a poor excuse when scheduling something an appt right now is extremely difficult, and I already took off of work and have known about the appointment for about a week. But I’m assuming they did me a favor because I wouldn’t want to be a patient here anyways.
