I couldn’t be more pleased with Glenco. We were looking to replace an existing fireplace, and in the process insulate the chimney chase and install a new mantle and stone veneer. While Glenco could not directly provide all of these services through their staff, Jeremy coordinated everything so well that it felt like they did everything. They scheduled excellent contractors for the tear out, insulation, gas, electrical and stone work. We bought our Lenox wood burning stove last fall from Glenco which they also installed. It's a beautiful stove but we felt it wasn't working up to standards. Whenever we started it up, smoke would always enter into the house and the soot was everywhere. We called Glenco and they sent a crew out and discovered the flue wasn't installed properly. They fixed it all in one day and now the stove works better than anticipated! WE couldn't be any happier with Glenco and our stove, and thank you for the speedy and professional fix. ... read more
