Great showroom but very slow to get information and quotes. Once we received a quote they sent someone out to the house and they tried to up sell. The price more than tripled.
We had a little problem (user error) with our remote control fireplace we purchased from Glenco. We called and talked with Logan. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Never showed any impatience or aggravation as he walked my husband step by step in correcting the problem. Excellent customer service Logan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We just called them for assistance in lighting our gas logs. They refused to help us because (she said) of liability. We are both older senior citizens and our heat is not working. Such a disappointment that Glenco would not assist us.
The service at this place is amazing and affordable !! On time , worked with my schedule... i can’t say enough about Glenco.... Jimmy is THE BEST !!
Glenco initially installed our fireplace when we first built our house. Almost 4 years later, we had an issue arise. A service tech promptly came out and resolved the issue. He also made a recommendation that we choose to do as well. Their install crew replaced the vent cap with an upgraded fixture and also replaced the vinyl trim. Their service is awesome!
