Very nice person he did a good jobt
Our AC unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year! I left a voicemail at 8 pm so I could have someone out first thing in the morning. I was surprised to receive a text back within 5 minutes offering an 8 am appointment the next day. The technician arrived right on time and had our AC unit up and running in no time! He was courteous and explained everything to us as he worked. I’ve always been happy with Glenbrook Heating and Cooling!
Showed up on time and provided professional service. Was able to explain everything I asked. Only comment would be would be a little better if you was a bit more proactive and explaining things to me, but maybe he was a bit tired as it was the first call of the day.
Great experience. Quick, professional and on time.
