Quick turnaround, great communication and professional service. Would highly recommend!
We have been using Glenbrook Heating & A/C for many years now and use their Maintenance Program which gives us both A/C and furnace tune ups as part of the package. It keeps the price of the services affordable and they do a good job. They make it easy to schedule appointments by sending us reminders and always show up on time.
Highly recommend Glenbrook Heating & Air Conditioning! Brandon came out to provide the estimate, and Nick, Nick, and Sergio handled the installation. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and - most importantly - on time. The crew was very thorough and actually completed the work ahead of schedule. The entire process, from the initial estimate through installation, was smooth and straightforward. Great experience all around!
Every once in a while you come across a company that just does it right. Glenbrook Heating and Cooling is one of those companies. Kristyn in the office was friendly and professional, and routed a technician right out. Pierre Boutros came out and knew exactly he was doing. He checked every possible system before finding the problem. He explained everything in s way I could understand. It was a simple part that had failed and after sourcing it he installed it quickly. Having never been a customer before, I am one now!!
Glenbrook Heating & AC has always done a great job for us. We have worked with Glenbrook for years. Under new ownership, the high level of service continues. Georgia is very prompt and tech savvy with scheduling, our service agreement, follow up, etc.. And Greg and Pierre have each done a great job onsite, thoroughly explaining what they are doing, the condition of my equipment, and explaining anything that we need. I recommend Glenbrook frequently and I will continue to. Thank you all!
