I had a wonderful experience dealing with Christine on making my appointment. She was very patient with me as I had to reschedule, at least twice. She is very kind and patient and gave us exemplary customer service. I should know as I am a customer service manager. Pierre came out and worked on our system and fixed a vent problem we had in our house. He also did our annual checkup of our whole system.
