Personally I had a horrible experience... Originally they told me that it would take two or three days for some minor cosmetic damage and then it turned out to be over a week and a half before it was done because they forgot to order the correct decal.. and then over the weekend I was driving down I-69 and a huge piece of plastic (pretty sure it was the splash guard underneath the engine compartment) undercarriage came flying out and could have seriously injured someone because someone in the Collision Center didn't tighten ... read more
Our insurance company sent us here after I was in an accident. Every employee we dealt with was amazing. So friendly, so helpful and worked with us on times and dates. They even handled our 2 year olds temper tantrums without being annoyed. They also helped us with some warranty work with Chrysler that we were unaware we had, which I'm so grateful for. They did great work and it was even cleaned! Thanks, we are very happy with your work and your employees!
