If I could give no stars, I would. This place is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever come in contact with. Staff is rude and doesn't care about the tenants. I pay a lot of money for a one bedroom and there are never any parking spots. You have to pay extra for a "reserved spot". Well, my car got towed this morning after one of the staff members previously told me I could park in his reserved spot if there were no other available spots. If you ever have your car break down on the side of the road and don't have access to you keys for your apartment because the towing company has them don't expect anyone to come help let you into your apartment. Apparently having my dog stuck and stranded in my apartment for over 12hrs isn't a emergency. Call the emergency line 10 times just to be told oh well call a lock smith. I have never once in my life lived in a community where the emergency staff was "unable" to open my door. Had the locksmith not got there in the fas... read more
When my fiance and I first saw this place while it was still under construction we fell in love with it. The community is absolutely beautiful. The units were decorative abd very pretty, there were walking paths and small park areas, it was right next to a major shopping center with a ton of really nice stores, and it was located very close to SR386, allowing fir easier travel.
