This gentleman owns a kennel for animal training. I wanted to be sure everybody knew that my dog was maimed on his property it appears that he was bitten by another dog and is missing 1/3 of his tongue. Upon contacting Mr. Williams refuses to take ownership of the Horrible damage thatmy dog experienced.
