This is my first apartment and I really love it. The convenient and central location is fantastic. Parking is usually pretty easy. Neighbors are nice. Units come with a little porch which I love. Jaxx is very friendly and helpful. I had problems with my garbage disposal when I first moved in and they had it fixed that same day. I wish there were some amenities. But the fact that its located only a mile from the mall and walking distance to the park, albertsons, Starbucks, and several restaurants makes up for it. My family lo... read more

I have been looking to relocate to the Portland area and have been contacting different apartments trying to find vacancies and information. When I called for this apartment I was delighted to talk to the manager Jaxx. She was so friendly and so helpful it made me feel like I could easily move and not have the slightest problem.
