They suck I had cat piss when I moved in and other problems not a very good landlord at Oxford he was always high I give them a zero star I had someone move in they didn’t contact my co signer and u are supposed to we called an attorney I will never ever rent to them again they always have a bad name
I rather be homeless than live with Goldmark
Goldmark has been horrible. They are the reason my boyfriend and I moved out. We experienced multiple issues each month for about 5.5 months. DO NOT RENT OR ANYTHING from the company. I haven’t met one person with a positive experience. Even my parents who rented from one of their properties back in the 80s said they wouldn’t have let us move into our previous apartment if they knew we were going to be renting from Goldmark. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Rosedale Estates is the trashiest complex ever seen. Residents leave the hallways, elevators, garage and lots an absolute mess. Neighbors are louder than anything I’ve ever experienced. The office staff never return emails. Their phone calls never fix the situation you’re calling about. Water gets turned off at any hour of the day without notice, for hours at a time. I absolutely do not recommend Goldmark.
they never return phone calls since this corona virus it is impossible to get a whole of anyone . To pay my sons rent as to where Griffin court moved there office
Worst rental option in North Dakota. They do not take care of their tenants. They lie and only want your money.
