Been here more than 6 months. Love my apartment, always get help when I need it from the staff, and feel very safe here. Rent is decent, but I would only recommend staying in the newer buildings :)
It is dangerous and lots of plane noise! Go somewhere else. Fire hazard latest screw up management is refusing to fix, after z3 call! Will calling the fire chief or ... help!?
I have NEVER received as poor customer service as I did tonight from our maintenance staff! I am furious and appalled that our rent doesn't afford us simple human decency, especially on a night that's 8 below zero. You will be seeing and hearing from me first thing in the morning because the way we have been treated tonight is unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially after paying so much for an overpriced, lousy apartment.
Stayed here for a year. Cheaper than most when compared to other apartments in MSP. But you get what you pay for. To be honest, for the amount it cost me I could've gotten a much better place to stay where I'm from. However, before I left they started the process of updating their property. Hopefully that process is near completion.
I am looking for availability within 30 days for 2 bed/1 bath!
It's ok pet friendly some issues but I think the issue I have are issues you would have at any apartment complex kinda expensive for the quality of living conditions provided in my opinion. Great office staff
