I feel bad posting this. We’ve been customers for over a decade. The business sold a couple of years ago and the new owners have been disorganized. Most importantly though they have a rude demeanor and consistently blame customers, versus admitting to their own mistakes (things happen.)
Charges $1 for drop offs of paid for fedex packages. No thanks.
Griti was so helpful! (I'm not sure I heard his name correctly). I was stranded with a dead phone, no charger, and no ability to call an Uber. I was embarrassed to ask whether it might be possible to charge my phone, but Griti was glad to help. Sharing a conversation with him, we discovered that we both studied in Moscow and we had a great time sharing experiences when my darned Uber showed up. Now I want to go back and share more stories.
Opens late. Should update hours to reflect. Refuses returns even though they are linked on official FedEx site.
