Honestly, we moved in December 1st. The land lord was incredibly nice and accommodating. The floor I live on is really quiet and every interaction with the neighbors has been positive. Parking can be challenging at times, but with one assigned spot, my wife and I can coordinate effectively so we rarely have to park outside the lot. The on-site laundry is pretty good. filthy smoky old building. elevator stinks of weed, mold and urine. management generally not helpful. disappointing, could be nicer. ownership will likely put stone in the kitchens, rebrand this as a luxury apartment building and triple the rents.
