He was extremely helpful in the beginning, but I had to initiate all the calls. I didn't hear from him again until it was approaching my closing date. I felt alone throughout the process and wished I had chosen another realtor. I really learned a lot where I'm now pursuing to complete my real estate license.

Mr. Felder is knowledgeable about the restate market. He found a house in the location I wanted and negotiated the price for me to achieve it. He showed many houses in the Northeast side of San Antonio. And he always made sure it was a houses that I wanted, not trying to make me buy a house I didn't want.

I worked with team Glen Oaks in the purchase of my current home and the rental of my past home. Even though I was in Austin Mr. Felder came to Austin, helped me with the rental process, and helped us negotiate a great price on the home we were buidling. He worked with the agent for the builder and when issues did arise he was professional, helpful, and was working on our side. I highly recommend them!
