This is the worst place i have ever had to deal with in my life. i have lived in apartments many times and i have never ever dealt with the kind of unprofessonal staff that i have. I have doing back and forth with them for over a month with them steadily pushing my move in date up. they never ever called me, they always have excuses, their stories are inconsistent. they lack remorse, and empathy and seemingly just expected me to just deal with it. they kept my deposit (ofcourse) even tho i never signed a lease to move in. ye... read more

you can hardly understand what nancy says she is rude, she pauses thinking of what to say, manager jill is lazy never wants to deal with us . this apartments are roach infested

I Lived here for a year and the new property manager cant do his job they don't know what there doing in here Please don't move here i was also robbed and nothing was done about the situation. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TOO!!!!!

Everythng they say is true...they lied to me by not telling me the apartment I moved into has rats...I contacted them in Jan 08 and they kept "dropping the ball" as the assistant manager Jo said. It is now March and the rat problem is worse on top of that I spoke with the family that used to live in my apartment and thats why they moved! They do not tell anyone that there are rats and the management company located in New Jersey couldn't care less. In Texas we have slum laws and yep I'm working on that angle now. I would definitely NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone for the following reasons... 1. Unsafe....my car was broken into while on the premises...my husband's truck was ran into in the lot while we were out of town. 2. Noisy....lots of younger people living in the complex so expect drunks to be hanging out by your stairs. 3. Unclean...Animal feces litter the grass so much that my children could not set one foot off of the sidewalks. 4. Maintence...what maintenance? I WOULD NOT REFER A DOG TO LIVE HERE.... THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU WHEN ROBBERIES TAKE PLACE ON PROPERTY... I WAS ROBBED AND THEY MADE NO DEAL OF IT (LAST WEEK) NOW THIS WEEK THE GUYS THE KEEP UP THE PROPERTY WAS ROBBED...NO ONE EVER NOTIFIED THE RESIDENTS! UNLESS YOU ARE HOMELESS OR IN DESPERATE DON'T MOVE HERE... CHRISTINA THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND UNLESS WHATEVER IS GOING ON EFFECTS HER, SHE DOES NOT CARE...
