STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEP. AT GLEN TOYOTA!!! This was my worst experience!!! The Sales manager Ash was rude and a thief! He ran our cc for $2,600.00 with out signing a agreement and later when the deal was not made he refused to give us a refund! The owner Kathleen or Kathy was equally unprofessional trying to make his actions right! There was no contract signed and now I will take them to court to get my refund! Stay way from this dealer ship! I went to Hudson Toyota and they were great we made a deal and had a great experience!!

Buying a car is not the easiest thing to do when you have a toddler and a full time gig but Glen Toyota it was a totally different experience. The used cars were of good quality and I found exactly what I was looking for.

I've bought three cars from Glen Toyota, and I've never been anything but happy with them. Everyone on the sales team is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The finance department actually cares about getting you the best rates. I love Toyotas and thanks to the Glen team, I see no reason to go elsewhere.

Glen Toyota did everything they could to get the specific model I wanted (2010 Toyota Corolla) the same day, they even went to another dealership. the salesmen were very courteous and answered all my thousand questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Very pleasant purchase experience. We were not rushed or pressured. The sales person listened to what we wanted and was helpful in every aspect of our purchase. We were shown the available selection, given the opportunity to test drive, and all of our questions were answered. The purchase was accomplished quickly and efficiently. The finance person was also very pleasant to deal with, he explained everything related to the purchase and we did not feel pressured to accept anything we didn't want. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Glen Toyota and am always completely satisfied with the service. Everyone at Glen Toyota always goes the extra mile to ensure that I am completely satisfied with the vehicle. If I wanted some particular option he would find the vehicle with that option. I would recommend anyone to Glen Toyota.

My experience at Glen Toyota was a very pleasant one for the following reasons: 1- The salesman and other employees were very friendly. 2- He was very knowledgeable about the car. 3- I didn't feel like I was being held hostage, like a lot of dealerships make you feel when you go to purchase a car. 4- I was and am very happy with my purchase.
